Christmas Cards

I am getting ready to do Christmas cards for several people. Here are a few backgrounds to choose from. I can get a lot of different stuff; these were some of my favorites!

I can do one picture or several... If you have something in mind, let me know, or let me design it!
cards start at $1.00 for a 4x8 (regular flat photo card), a 4x5 or 4x6 postcard-type card is $1.50, 5x5 or 5x7 is $1.75, and folded cards are $2.00 for 5x5 and $2.75 for 5x7 or 4x8. There is even and accordion style card that is really cool (but a little expensive) for $$3.50 each. There is a minimum order of 25 for all cards and you have to order in increments of 25 except for the 4x8 cards. All cards include white envelopes.

I need Christmas Card orders by November 1st so that I have time to design it, get it approved by you and recieve it for you to send out by Christmas!!

I am going to offer a special for the next 3 weeks. If you want a SHORT (30 min) session in one location, I will do it for $25 and you can order Christmas cards and prints from this session. Just call me to schedule!

Well, you haven't heard from me in a while... guess why? School started back. I had 7 days of inservice and we are on day 4 of school. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday.
We have all had a good first week.

Senior Postcards

Well, school is about to start If you are a teacher or a student I am sure you are sad. If you are a mom, you may be very excited! lol. I am very sad... The summer just goes so fast.
Last year, I had several seniors that wanted their pictures taken. It was so much fun. But, I did almost all of them in April & May. That was tough. I am hoping to take some this fall this time. The spring just gets so busy. Here is a card I am sending out to the Seniors I know. If you know of any Seniors that might like one, let me know and I will send it their way.

Cheerleading Camp

Well, I wish I could say that I was in Padre with these girls taking pictures, but ... I'm not. They look like they are having fun already!

From: Shadi Buchanan We are having a blast---Pillow case exchange was so cute---Flight was fun with 2 new FISHIES.....that had never flown before....House is GREAT---pics of house tom, Beach was great--but no pics of that yet and Chinese Christmas was fun. The girls like the towel wraps I made them-- -and they look really cute in them. Camp starts in the morning at 9am. They are looking forward to that. Our Garage is carpeted---so that is going to make it really nice. Be checking your email----I will be sending pics and an update soon! Shadi and the VHS CHEERLEADERS!! ps---it is 10:33 and the girls are asleep---can you believe that???? So I am off to bed! They went to bed at 4:00 am last night and got up at 5:15----so they should be tired!!!! HERE'S WHAT SHADI SAID!!^

TCFA

My kids had TCFA Jr Beef Fed Challenge this weekend at Canyon. We had a lot of fun & are glad the summer studying is over. But, they did great as did a lot of our friends.
Walker got 1st place Jr record book, 1st place Jr pen of steers & 2nd place Jr Rookie for 2008

Ryleigh came in with a few more points and got 1st place Jr Rookie for 2008! We are so proud of both of them.

Khaki Scrivner blew them away! She got Overall Sr Champion, not to mention 1st in almost every category.

But, I guess she takes after Curtis! He tied for 1st place in the "dad" test!!

Julie Williams got 1st place Jr Presentation.

Our friends from Llano - Aaron & Cole Perkins winning 2nd in the team challenge. Wes had already gone home.

Walker is getting ready to be in another commercial steer contest - TCFA - so, he has been really into helping with the cattle. Loretta Hall took these pics when Walker and Pat went to work some cattle at John & Loretta's. Thanks for sharing Loretta, you know I wanted to be there! Walker got to try palpating a heifer

Frio River Friends

Well, our Texas Tech Reunion was a success this last weekend! We had a great time at the Frio River. If anyone needs a relaxing vacation spot, I highly reccommend it. We also went to the House Pasture and saw the Bellamy Brothers. So much fun!! The House Pasture is an awesome summer spot.
